Stone Belt’s believes every person receiving services — their parent or legal representative — has the right to file a complaint with management regarding unfair, unsafe or unsatisfactory services. Most complaints are managed on an informal basis by the staff most directly involved with the client. If deemed necessary by the client or a representative, formal complaints are taken in writing.
