Supported Living Site Supervisor - Bloomington, IN

At Stone Belt, our Site Supervisors are vital to the smooth operation of our Supported Living Program. As a Site Supervisor with Stone Belt, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned sites and will lead a team of Supported Living staff. By maintaining knowledge of clients’ rights and Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), you will provide for the health, safety and well-being of your assigned clients.

You would likely be a great fit for the Site Supervisor role if you demonstrate an ability to effectively lead a group of people, possess strong organization and time management skills, and are confident in your conflict resolution abilities. Not a morning person? No problem! Our clients have busy schedules during the day, so the Site Supervisor works weekday afternoons and evenings - you will need to prefer working in that time frame!

Stone Belt is currently seeking an experienced, hands-on House Manager for a local group home with strong supervisory & organizational skills to oversee the daily operation of a supported living home in Bloomington. This person will teach clients daily living skills, assist with program goals, supervise staff, maintain house & resident records, monitor finances & comply with all state & federal regulations.

Associate House Manager - Bloomington, IN

Stone Belt is currently looking to add a full-time Associate Manager with strong supervisory & organizational skills to oversee the daily operation of a group home on weekends. As an Associate Manager, you will teach clients daily living skills, assist with program goals, supervise staff, maintain house & resident records, monitor finances & comply with all state & federal regulations.

Qualifications include: an undergraduate degree in special education, home economics, recreation, psychology, adult education, adapted physical education or social work, or a high school diploma and two years of successful work experience in human services. Full-time weekend position with benefits.

Licensed Therapist - Bloomington, IN

The Licensed Therapist is a provider of mental health services who is a member of the Milestones outpatient team.  The Licensed Therapist provides mental health assessment and evaluation, develops and implements treatment plans, as well as other support services to individuals and their families.  The position reports directly to the Milestones Director.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Providing psychosocial assessments of clients and families to identify emotional, social, and environmental strengths and problems related to their diagnosis, treatment, and/or life situation.
  • Formulating, developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans
  • Documenting assessments, plans, interactions and interventions according to departmental guidelines.


Qualifications:

Direct Support Specialist II - Behavioral Support - Bloomington, IN

Are you seeking a career in psychology or behavioral health? Stone Belt is seeking to add compassionate, driven individuals to our team! As a Direct Support Specialist – II (Behavioral Supports Specialty), you will have the opportunity to provide direct instruction and support to clients to assist them in achieving their personal goals, accessing health care and other community services, maintaining a household, and participating in community activities. Specific responsibilities will include:

  1. Providing input for the assessment, analysis and interpretation of behavioral antecedents and the development of behavioral interventions.
  2. Providing intensive and consistent behavioral intervention in accordance with individual behavior intervention plans, guidelines, contracts, etc.
  3. Insuring accurate data collection and monitoring for behaviors observed by themselves and other staff. Assists in training staff in the behavioral intervention strategies and appropriate data collection procedures.
  4. Maintaining communication with the Milestones staff to insure integration of all behavioral issues, including staff interventions and data collection procedures.
  5. Reinforcing training and implements behavior plans in the community as necessary.
  6. Assisting in managing clients in a crisis.
  7. Serving as a liaison between family, school and other professionals concerning behavioral issues.

Job Requirements:
If you possess at least an Associate’s degree in human services or behavioral health, and are passionate about assisting clients in the development of age appropriate behavior, then this new opening may be perfect for you! Experience in human services/behavioral health is preferred but not required.

HR Assistant + Receptionist

Stone Belt's Human Resources Department in Bloomington, IN is currently searching for full-time Receptionist/HR Administrative Assistant. This individual will work 20 hours per week as a Receptionist, and 20 hours per week performing Administrative assistance to the HR department. 

As a Stone Belt Receptionist, you will be the first contact for the agency with the public. As such, you will need to represent the best image of the agency with maturity, poise and tactfulness while professionally greeting and routing all agency visitors and callers. For this role, we need someone who is friendly, outgoing, organized, and a strong communicator.

As the Human Resources Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to all roles in Human Resources. Duties will include, but are not limited to; filing, scanning, checking references and data entry. Stone Belt is a high volume employer, so we need someone that will be able to keep things up to speed with our frequent interviews and new hires. 

Qualified applicants must possess a High school diploma or GED AND 1 (one) year of clerical/reception experience. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to details are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are strongly preferred.

Behavior Clinician - Columbus, IN

Stone Belt has been a community leader for nearly 50 years providing services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This tradition continues to grow and expand. Milestones, our medical and counseling practice seeks a Behavior Clinician to provide behavior support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in designated agency programs, as well as in waiver services. This individual conducts intakes/behavioral assessments, develops and implements behavior support plans, provides education and training to clients, family members, agency staff, and/or personnel. The Behavior Clinician works closely with Milestones’ psychiatrists and other members of the clinical team. Experience includes knowledge of developmental disabilities and practice in clinical settings.
