Celebrating Our Direct Support Professionals

Image
Since 2008, the United States has recognized one week in September as "National Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Recognition Week," a time to honor DSPs and show appreciation for their vital contributions to their communities. On any given day Stone Belt's DSPs serve as counselors, drivers, role models, social coordinators, and the list goes on and on!

If you have a chance this week (or during the other 358 days of the year) be sure to thank Stone Belt DSPs for everything they do to help individuals with developmental disabilities live full and meaningful lives. Stone Belt could not fulfill its mission of preparing, empowering, and supporting individuals without them.

Happy DSP Recognition Week and thanks for all you do!
