Supported Living Site Supervisor - Bloomington, IN

At Stone Belt, our Site Supervisors are vital to the smooth operation of our Supported Living Program. As a Site Supervisor with Stone Belt, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of assigned sites and will lead a team of Supported Living staff. By maintaining knowledge of clients’ rights and Individualized Support Plans (ISPs), you will provide for the health, safety and well-being of your assigned clients.

You would likely be a great fit for the Site Supervisor role if you demonstrate an ability to effectively lead a group of people, possess strong organization and time management skills, and are confident in your conflict resolution abilities. Not a morning person? No problem! Our clients have busy schedules during the day, so the Site Supervisor works weekday afternoons and evenings - you will need to prefer working in that time frame!

Stone Belt has been a community leader for nearly 50 years providing services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This tradition continues to grow and expand. Milestones, our medical and counseling practice seeks a Behavior Clinician to provide behavior support services to individuals with developmental disabilities in designated agency programs, as well as in waiver services. This individual conducts intakes/behavioral assessments, develops and implements behavior support plans, provides education and training to clients, family members, agency staff, and/or personnel. The Behavior Clinician works closely with Milestones’ psychiatrists and other members of the clinical team. Experience includes knowledge of developmental disabilities and practice in clinical settings.

House Manager - Bloomington, IN

Stone Belt is currently seeking an experienced, hands-on House Manager for a local group home with strong supervisory & organizational skills to oversee the daily operation of a supported living home in Bloomington. This person will teach clients daily living skills, assist with program goals, supervise staff, maintain house & resident records, monitor finances & comply with all state & federal regulations.

Respite DSP - Bloomington, IN
Now hiring for a full-time DSP to provide respite services to participants in our Families First program. This individual will work directly with younger clients to help them develop life skills and gain socialization, and allow their families some free time.

The schedule for this position will be working weekday evenings, as well as flexible weekend hours. If you are looking for supplemental income to work around your busy work days, this schedule will work perfectly for you! Employment Consultant - Bedford, IN

Stone Belt in Bedford is looking for a dedicated person to fill the role of an Employment Consultant. As an Employment Consultant, you would assess work place skills for individuals with disabilities to assist them in obtaining compatible employment. Employment Consultants are also responsible for building natural supports in the work place for a client which would create successful long term placements. Being comfortable speaking to employers is a must. Networking, confidence, and working as part of a team are all skills that are a highly important for this role.

Qualifications include: a Bachelor’s degree, or a High School Diploma plus 5 years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience. Teaching, sales background, or previous experience working in the disability field is a plus. Valid driver’s license, reliable car, and good driving record required.

Psychiatrist or Advanced Practice Nurse - Columbus

Milestones, a division of Stone Belt Arc, is seeking a Psychiatrist or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or equivalent to join our team. This part-time opportunity would allow you to work in a mature outpatient clinic with a team of seasoned therapists to support people of all ages with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder.

 

This position offers a set schedule with very little time required outside of normal business hours. There is no on-call schedule.  In addition, most Milestones clients are currently stable with complete historical information stored in our electronic chart (EHR/EMR).  If you are looking to utilize skills in Psychiatry within a collaborative atmosphere, and you prefer a consistent schedule this job may be the one for you.

 

Qualifications for this position include: an MD or DO degree from an accredited college or university with completion of a residency in Psychiatry, OR must be a Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurse with active license in the state of Indiana.

Weekend Float Direct Support Professional - Columbus

Our DSPs assist with activities of daily living and encourage our clients to exhibit attitudes and behaviors that promote community inclusion. In turn, you will walk away from work every day knowing that you have made a direct, positive impact on the life of someone in your community.

This position offers and requires a highly flexible schedule. The person serving in this role will be given a schedule a month at a time, and will be scheduled between the hours of 4pm-8am on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays - exact days to be determined with individual upon hire). You will be trained in multiple sites, allowing you the opportunity to gain a deeper understanding of the field and the individuals with whom you will work. The starting pay rate for this weekend floating position is $12 per hour.
